You are invited to purchase exhibit space at our upcoming trumpet conference in Schwitzer Student Center on the beautiful campus of the University of Indianapolis, just ten minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Our exhibit space is open and spacious and includes plenty of room for you to display your products, and plenty of room for conference attendees to visit your booth without feeling crowded or rushed! In planning our day we have included many opportunities for attendees to visit your booth without conflicting with a clinic or performance. We want you to have the opportunity for a lucrative and positive experience at our conference!
The 2019 event is on Monday, November 18, 2019 and will draw trumpet enthusiasts from around Indiana and the Midwest to see and hear our artists and clinicians, and to peruse your exhibits! We are thrilled this year to have Jens Lindemann as our headliner! Jens will be bringing his show Brassfire! to our conference for masterclasses and the evening concert. Special guests will include the one and only Doc Severinsen!
Exhibitor Basic - $250 - includes either a 6' or 8' table, access to electric, and free wifi, and a listing in our concert program, social media, and other promotional materials.
Exhibitor Bronze - $500- Includes Basic, plus logo printed on conference t-shirt, and logo printed in conference program.
Exhibitor Silver - $750 - Includes Bronze, plus reserved seating for two exhibitors for the evening concert.
Exhibitor Gold - $1000 - Includes Silver, plus an invitation to the post-concert reception with the guest artists!
Exhibitor Platinum/Co-Sponsor - $1500 - Includes Gold, plus dinner with the planning committee and guest artists on November 17, 2019!
Title Sponsor – $2500+ -Includes Platinum, plus recognition at each clinic, and a company representative will be invited to introduce one of the guest artists at the evening concert!

-Inclusion on all promotional materials if submitted no later than November 1, 2019

Load-in and setup can be done Sunday, November 17th from 2pm-6pm with the room being secured until exhibits open the following morning. or Monday, November 18th from 6:30am-8:30am – setup needs to be completed by 8:30am!
Exhibit hours will be Monday, November 19th from 8:30am-5:00pm
Strike and load-out starts at 5:00pmand must be completed by 6:30pm on the 18th.
Shipping & Receiving
If you would like to ship your materials to UIndy prior to the conference they need to arrive no later than Wednesday, November 13th. You can ship those to:
